Thank you for shopping with Arden Line. The following outlines our shipping practices. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24-48 hours.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at arden@ardenline.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition so we can help resolve the issue.
